i.e. bonus stats from sigil stacks, from might, etc. The reason I ask, is because I’m not seeing a difference in damage when I have a full 25 stacks of bloodlust compared to 0 stacks. Could this be a bug?

As far as I know, phantoms don’t benefit from sigils. They do benefit from some base stats though. I know power, precision, vitality and condition damage for certain. I don’t think they inherit toughness but I’m not sure.
