Q: Does Alacrity Affect Trait ICDs?
Just curious if anyone has the answer to this, and proof to back it up too. I’d appreciate it, thanks!
To the best of my knowledge, alacrity will affect the ICD of a trait if said trait is a skill-based trait that calls a skill from the db for use, but not a trait that just has a hard ICD with nothing associated with it.
I’m preeeetty sure it affects Illusionary Inspiration. Could be wrong. Will test brb.

I can confirm that it does affect trait-based skill activations like Illusionary Inspiration.

Alacrity does not affect the ICD of traits themselves, yet it works on traits that make use of skills you actually own, just like:
→ Inspiration, grandmaster, middle one → Illusionary Inspiration wich casts “Signet of Inspiration”, one of your signets.
