I notice in the Wiki page they have updated the firing times of each phantasm and each now shows lower times under haste than without. Before this patch several of the phantasms showed no change with haste.

So does this mean Phantasmal Haste is finally working, like the patch notes said? I know some folks had posted immediately after the patch that it wasn’t.

I found it hard to tell. Consensus in an earlier thread was no

I watched another Mesmer tested his. looks like majority of them reduced 1sec off Phantasm’s ability cooldown.

so in other word. NOT Worth it.

oh the bug where if you have Phantasm Healing “Phantasm give regen”
the two trait Phantasm Fury & Vengeful Image (phan has Retaliation) will last about 6 sec and never come back on the Phantasm.

if you just have Phantasm Fury & Vengeful Image, only Retaliation comes for 6 sec and that’s it. (no Fury)

so be aware of that when you do your phantasm build.
