That would be cool….and its balanced because we would need to put 30 in to dueling in order to get dueling discipline AND deceptive evasion

Well they took away the 100% condition proc on the duelist shot and put it back to 20% chance. It would be cool to get a little more here, but the range buff is quite nice.

it was combo finisher not condi proc.
