It almost amazes me how they don’t even allow things to be tested in this game before making a “balance” change to it.
The duelists discipline change was implemented on June 23rd, however it was bugged and didn’t work at all.
September 29th – Duelist’s Discipline: Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from granting a bleeding chance to your Illusionary Duelist. Lowered bleeding stacks applied by this skill from 2 to 1.
So you fix the bug and then nerf the skill in one foul swoop, cool.
Fast forward 4 months
January 26 – Duelist’s Discipline: The chance to bleed has been increased from 33% to 50%. Bleed duration has been increased from 5 seconds to 6 seconds.
Conclusion, it effectively took you 7 months for the January 26th patch to even be somewhat comparable to the June 23rd change without the bug.
TLDR: Fix the bugs first, and then judge to see if the trait should be nerfed. Instead of wasting peoples time.
At this rate I’ll reinstall in about 3 years based off this type of balancing. Because you continually take 2 steps back and 1 step forward, and that’s a generous statement.

Indeed, I edited it just now. I must have blocked out my frustration when it came to that detail.
