Guild Wars 2

I have decided to get the karama set from orr. I really want the lyssa set as it seems it would work well with a mesmer but that is never unlocked – so I am left with grenth, melandru, balthazar, and dwayna as a choice for runes.

I am thinking dwayna would be an ok choice out of them until I can get different runes for it.- Do the dwayna runes do anything for mesmers?

I used to run Dwayna runes on my original healer tank mantra build, if you run Mantra of Healing, you can get ALOT of use out of the regen triggers and with the signet of inspiration you can spread it to everyone else if you don’t have someone doing that in the group.
