So I have a quick question. Does the Empowered Illusions Trait in the Domination line affect your Phantasms DPS as well? Or does it affect the 4-5 damage my clones do.

If it DOES affect my phantasms would combining that with the 25 in Inspiration make a 40% DPS buff on my phantasms?

Phantasms do get the buff.

Buffs like this are multiplicative. So 1.15*1.15 = 1.32— you get a 32% total increase from taking them together.

Illusions = both phantasms and clones, so yes, it does.
