I’ve noticed that in the skill description, the third attack in the skill chain for ether bolt reads, “Shoot out a third bolt of energy that confuses your target. Summon a clone that casts Ether Bolt.” and it does not confuse the target. If this is a bug, fixing it would make it much easier to stack confusion with a scepter.
Well, I think that this is just bad wording in the tool tip. I think it confuses your enemy by summoning a clone, not actually giving the confusion condition. they should really change the wording.
However in the case that this is an actual bug, i think it should be fixed ASAP as missing the confusion part of the skill makes it extremely underwhelming
It applied confusion back in beta, but the tooltip hasn’t been updated.
