With 15 Healing power.. if u wrote it true however your math shows 115 ?
Ether Feast:
Heal yourself. Gain additional health for each active illusion.
Healing.png Healing: 5,560 (1.0)?
Healing.png Healing per illusion: 640 (0.1)
Base heal will be 5,575 base
each clone will 641.5 x3
Total will be 7499,5 if its not, maybe tool tips are wrong, or wiki say wrong..

I already ran the calculation you presented (the latter of the two in my original post), and I already noted that it’d be 7499 rounded down and 7500 rounded up (GW2 doesn’t allow damage or healing in fractions).
Once again however, after actually checking how much I’m getting healed for, the exact number is 7495.

A friend of mine actually pointed it out to me, so I now know what the problem is:
(5560 + 1[15]) + (3*640) = 7595
In short, Ether Feast is BUGGED as the bonus heal DOESN’T SCALE with Healing Power despite the tool-tip indicating that it gains 10% rounded up or more (the tool-tip states "642" at 15 Healing Power).
Now if this could get some notice by ArenaNet and hopefully fixed...

Oh great more bugs, so if your running a build with healing power it is now weakening you if you use Ether Feast. Thanks anet, I love the amount of bugs my class has.

I really hope ArenaNet sees this and fixes it. It can’t be that difficult to add scaling with Healing Power to the bonus heal seeing as how skills already scale as intended with it…

I understand your frustration, but
If you don’t like it, use another heal.
Once I got used to HealingMantra, I never went back to EtherFeast. And there, I have only 0.4 * HealP. (Well, two charges).
And Mirror only has 0.33 * HealP.
Mirror should get buffed a bit and the should make HealP to generally to more.
I’ve been mainlining Mirror for a while, mainly for an extra means to smack fools with their own projectiles. Pretty fun, if you catch a Warrior mid-Kill Shot.

The “secondary” function of mirror is nice, but the HP healed could get a little buff.

Defensive Infusion Slots in my Beserker’s Ascended Trinkets, Smart One. Ascended Trinkets are “unique” and I can’t roll two of the same type (ring/accessory) with the same type of Infusion Slot, they all can’t have Offensive Infusion Slots to begin with.

I keep a secondary set of armor that is a mix of Shaman/Apothecary. I use it for Mantra/Support build experiments, and occasionally Glamour. After all, not like full Glamour spec’s heavy on Precision, anyway. /shrug

I might have to do the same after they update mantras… We’ll see!
I used Ether Feast until a few weeks after I hit 80 then I started using Mirror. Never equipped it until then. I am trying to try out the Mantra heal.
Anyway, you should report it as a bug! (Don’t have much confidence that this thread will get noticed by people who can actually fix it if it’s in this subforum.)
