I love feedback in zergs but it seems that it either pulls me in or applies a ton of damage back on me. I know range will help, but my guild likes to push into the groups. Any suggestions on how you deal with feedback when pushing into the zerg.

I agree, the problem with Feedback for me, is that it randomly pulls me in the middle of the enemy zerg.

I thought they fixed this when they made some pulls unblockable like Necromancer’s “Spectral Grasp” but apparently left some out.

I remember one time, I died, but my Feedback was still active, so as I lay there, my dead body is suddenly pulled in the middle of the zerg.

The problem with it is most zergs will have loads of Retal so you use it on them and get retal damage even though you are not damaging them yourself. I have used it against Zergs attacking gates and have been DOWNED from 100% health (just over 17k) from the Retal damage ALONE.

The teleportation inside Feedback is caused probably by Infiltrator’s Arrow. And yes, retaliation is painfull.

Think its also the Guardian GS pull skill that gets you pulled into the zerg threw feedback, its very annoying and its feels like a bug that havent been fixed .

It’s not binding blade and its not infiltrators arrow. There are only 2 skills in the game that will work that way: dark path and that thief d/p 3 skill. Those skills teleport them to you on contact. When reflected, they count as being casted by you instead, and so teleport you to them. Iirc, the trait that adds a bounce to thief pistol skills can cause that attack to bounce, and while the first hit is unblockable, they forgot to add that fact to the second bit.

I’m fairly sure my opinion is not a popular one but I actually like that this happens. It’s very weird game logic but it makes things more interesting. Any time a skill has a counter, the game gains depth and strategies can be made to take advantage of such situations. I also feel the last thing this game needs is more dumbing down or we’ll end up with something similar to confusion’s ridiculous nerf.

actually being pulled in the middle of them is fun when u have a portal placed outside the keep and the pull u inside the keep with that and past the ballistas and u are where u wanted to be. XD

it happens that u get pulled in the middle of them but not that often lately. when it happens try to phaseretreat right away. i survived many times with that and distortion
