Hey everyone I just wanted to get opinions on the best “starter” build? I guess you could call it my friend just hit 80 and I have virtually no experience with mesmer. The only builds I’ve really seen are the condi/stealth and zerker shatter builds. I know that there are various threads with builds but I’m just not sure which one to recommend as I don’t want to give a bad/hard build and have him not enjoy the game. Any help is greatly appreciated!
This build is probably the easiest to use for a beginning player. The really nice thing is about using an easy build is that you can be effective quickly and focus on mastering mesmer’s class mechanics instead.
After 1000+ hrs with a similar build I still feel I have not mastered the mesmer class fully yet, so despite the build’s simplicity, there is a lot of room to excel with it.
