TRAITS:
_Defender’s Brilliance: _ Each time the mesmer blocks an attack with a scepter or sword defensive skill, one random mantra gains one charge.
Keystone Signet: Activating a signet adds one charge to a random mantra.
Shatterstorm: Increases the area of effect of shattering skills and Chaos Storm.
Optical Illusion: Blink grants a short period of stealth.
Empowering Images: Grants might to nearby allies when illusions are killed.
Illusionary Caretaker: Phantasmal Healers and Defenders will attempt to raise allies from downed state at 50% of the efficiency of an actual player.
SLOT SKILLS:
Conjure Nightmare: Forces the mesmer’s oldest Phantasm to shift into the image of an Aataxe and charge the mesmer’s targeted enemy, dealing damage and rooting the target in place with illusionary chains before vanishing.
Phantom Healer: Conjures a Phantasm that shoots a bouncing projectile among allies that heals. Affected by illusionary elasticity and has very low health.
Signet of Frustration:
Signet Passive: Improves confusion duration
Signet Active: Refreshes confusion duration on one target.
Signet of Concentration:
Signet Passive: Reduces the charge time of mantras by 25%
Signet Active: Instantly charges all mantras to full. Recharge time increased by X seconds for each mantra charged this way.
Signet of Splicing: (replaces signet of illusions)
Signet Passive: Shattering phantasms leaves a clone behind. Can only happen once every 20 seconds. Clones have 50% more health.
Signet Active: Recharges shatter skills.
Signet of Phantoms:
Signet Passive: Phantasms have 50% more health and take less damage from area damage.
Signet Active: Heals Phantasms for a small amount.
ELITES:
Dancing Swords: The mesmer summons a ring of illusionary swords that spiral around one enemy dealing aoe damage to nearby enemies. After several seconds, the swords then invert and pierce the primary target, dealing high single target damage. In PvP this is an elite designed to damage enemies that stand in close quarters. This is a direct damage skill in PvE.
Phantom Army: The mesmer summons three phantasms at the same time. A Phantasmal Defender, Phantasmal Swordsman, and Phantasmal Gunner. Lower recharge compared to other elites and is affected by phantasm CD reduction traits.
