Guild Wars 2

Was against a team of with two thieves on foefire. (Not saying how good or bad they were because on shatter mes I just try to avoid thieves.)

Anyways one was low and SR’d on the WF ledge of Graveyard. I Mind stabbed/mind wracked that and got a flame blast off. So I guess he’s down, I continue the fight and throw up a quick self CoF, just to keep him from trying to res also heard the “I need help.” from his character.

The super funny part is this, the other thief comes up right as that one finally pops out of stealth and drops an SR on his buddy. I swap to staff and do a chaos storm right inside of the SR. It procs dazes on 3 pulses and then downs the other thief, then they both popped out of stealth just laying there waiting to die.

Lesson Learned… Chaos storm hurts Don’t try ressing inside of it >.<

Lol well I got 4 total I think because I did a diversion in the middle of the SR too. Anyways. yeah halting strike is hilarious.

lol ye it’s pretty funny when kitten like that happen. I often would leave a guy downed just to burst everyone who is trying to rez. Got 3 yesterday in a 2 v 3 win on a node, sadly we still lost the match .

Bah, chaos storm. 3 clone, 3 interrupt diversion 100-0’ing a thief with halting strike. That’s the mad crazy awesome times.

somewhat off topic, remember a while back there was a patch that bugged out and chaos storm did like 10k damage per pulse? Me and my friend both had mesmers and we parked on the roof of a gate house in wvw and just jumped down on 15+ man zergs with the falling trait, it was freaking hilarious best 1/2 hr wvw ever .

That was the one time I always voted for khylo and would just run up to clock tower fall down on the point. And Insta kill everyone. It wasn’t chaos storm itself just the falling traited one.

The funniest kill I’ve ever had was on skyhammer. After a fight I went to the sky hammer to get rid of the current user. When I was up there the guard knocked my down, went to a breaking platform, GS 5ed me on the way, tried to pull me, yet I got struck somehow and wasn’t pulled properly (ty bugwars), the glass is almost breaking so the guard jumpt to me with GS 3. The funny thing now is that my rune of nightmare just got off it’s CD and feared him back into the now broken platform, and hie fell .. fell … still falling … and died I was just there like, chain cced, and he was performing with high APM and … well … killed himself

I had a really amusing kill today. Thieves usually wreck me pretty bad, so I try to avoid rather than fight them 1v1 anymore. I’m trying to get to a point and he’s coming straight for me. Pop decoy, hope he’ll leave me alone. No, that never works. dodge for a clone, and he goes into stealth. Immediately after he comes out I CoF, mirror image, dodge again and MR. He pops back into stealth with about 8 stacks of confusion and 12 of torment. He gets one more good stab on me. A couple of seconds later I see a downed thief come out of nowhere trying desperately to heal himself. I’ve never seen a thief go from 100% with all those stacked boons to downed in about 2 secs flat.
