I’m currently lvl 40 but i’m already looking for high end builds and i don’t know how viable the gear i want is. Also, i would like to know how good condi damage builds are in realation to power

I’m between zerk or assassin for power
and carrion, rabid or dire for cond damage

WvW conditions in a zerg.. i dont recommend it, specially not on a mesmer.

For PU “roaming” off on the side lines, yeah go for it.

Dont worry about “high end” builds till you hit 80 and can actually unlock the traits the class needs to be on level with untraited warriors/guards/necros/eles/etc.. :P

For PvE : Zerk is for group content and Assassin is for solo content
For WvW: in zergs i run PVT but roaming in run part rabid part ramapgers
