Guild Wars 2

So back in beta, I rolled a Sylvari Mesmer and I liked the floating greatsword / hadoken animation with the first greatsword skill. Since release, I’ve rolled a sylvari Necromancer, and enjoy playing him.

Now, I don’t want to delete my Necro, but I don’t want to re-play all the sylvari stuff either. Is there another race in which the mesmer uses the floating sword animation I liked? I know it’s not Charr (male, at least) or Asura females. Do Humans or Norn use similar animations? Add screenshots if you can, please?

Yeah, Human has the Hadouken animation.

I believe the Norn has a similar attack animation from past experience, as I thought it was the same for the auto-attack. I didn’t know the Charr and Asura have a different animation, as I thought it was all the same.

Charr holds the sword in one hand while a glow forms in the other with a kinda arc lightning animation. Asura just points the sword in the direction.

As a human, when I use the sword, it definitely floats between my hands. Sorta stick my hands out and the sword is between them.
