You were saying it was better designed to fit sPvP and dungeons, which there is only 5 people at any given time, making your point moot.
It is a nerf to many classes, not just ours, but effects a specific build for those who enjoyed playing a utility based role in WvW.

Because the healing would also effect stuff like pets or clones and not prioritize an actual player.
