Guild Wars 2

Total newb to the game here (I started playing the other night) and my love for interesting classes and Greatswords lead me to the Mesmer. I know I want to do a clone based build, but I’m having a hard time actually sticking to a definitive set of traits and skills. Also this is for PvE and at some point end game dungeons.

However I’d like the input of experienced Mesmer players.Thoughts? Improvments? I’m open to all kinds of suggestions.

I don’t see a problem with yours, maybe taking the 5 out of Chaos and put into Dueling for more clone production from dodge roll. You might also consider taking off 10 Domination and putting them into Illusions for Illusionary Persona for upclose situations, but it’s not necessary.

Originally I had put the points into Chaos for the health regeneration, but it’s always up for changing.

I actually rather like your build as well. I may test it out in the later levels to see how well it works compared to mine.

I wanted something different cuz not a lot of mesmer’s use mantra specs, and I fell in love.
