So, I want to keep playing mesmer but I can’t seem to find a set that looks good for me. I’ve spent hundreds of gold and multiple hours trying to find a nice look for my asura.
Basically what I think looks good is something that isn’t flashy and doesn’t clip much. Something simple.
I like Heritage set but ANet won’t transfer HOM points from my account that has them to this one.
I sorta like the exalted set too. It’s what I’m using right now but I’d really like something different.
I don’t like TA set for example. TA has too much clipping and is too all over the place
I don’t really mind if it’s a coat or a pants look, as long as it looks good.
Could you guys help me out and show me what you run on your asura? Maybe you have some armor combinations in mind?
I’ve really tried to find stuff and I failed.
Price is no object. It can include idk how expensive/hard to get gear (meaning ascended skins).
Before this gets said, yes, I’ve browsed all light armor profession picture threads as well as the asura thread. I haven’t found anything too nice. I’ve been in the bank wardrobe, I like some pieces but I can’t find stuff it fits with.
I’d really appreciate any help/suggestions I can get. I would post this in the asura subforum but I’m not really sure how active that part of the forum is.

Not sure what look you’re looking for, but from your examples I can suggest a few. Haven’t tested them together yet since my mesmer is a plant

Masquerade/Genius/Phoenix shoulder
Council Ministry/Phoenix/Stately (karma) coat
Crucible of Eternity pants
Masquerade/Exalted boot (all other boots seems meh on Asura)

Or you could always go for profane xD, never seem much Asura wearing this unique armor.

Here is my current look.

Toggle shoulders off for a more lighter/badkitten look.

Hair is new for me – previously had her bald, but I fancied a change. Vigil circlet goes great with this hairstyle – almost like a half cap.

Is your asura male or female? Any theme or colour you’d prefer?

It’s male. As long as it isn’t black and white, I’ll be okay with it. Colors I’ll work out on my own. I just need the armor combos. I’ve really tried so much..
I would know what to get right after Anet fixes the bug where clones don’t have outfits.
I’d get the wintersday one right away..

You’ll be glad to hear then that the clone outfits thing has been fixed ten days ago or so! I can’t confirm 100% because I don’t own an outfit, but a lot of mesmers told me it was true. Ask somebody to make sure though.
