How do you teleport in Moa form?
Utility skills are still available I think ?
No skills are available but Moa from what I remember when I was turned into Moa. If you could use other skills you could heal, I could stealth as a mesmer etc.. but all I remember is you have nothing and have to run.
I think there is no other explanation here but hacking. People hide hacking until their life feels threatened and then they do crazy stuff like super-speed and teleports. And the better they are, better do they hide it.

You may or may not be able to F1-F4 while in Moa; I don’t recall since I don’t get Moa’d enough. Thieves could steal from a target (shadowstep) if that were the case.

What the refresh rate on your monitor?? Im betting it was a latency issue… i highly doubt it was a ‘hack’ … Hacking isnt an explanation for Anything…. unless Anet is lazy, and put no protection in place…
ill bet that once the server reads certain values of a player moving to fast or teleporting, etc, the user is booted, or the whole server will lock up…
i could be wrong, but one thing i do Know, its harder to ‘hack’ yourself some crazy eleet benefits in game, than it is to just take all the sesitive account information..
