How does Sword/Focus work?
for me its because of the two aoe skills and the fact sword/focus/GS are direct dmg oriented so i can go full berserkers. I swap from GS to sword/focus when i got a small pack to deal with. Not to mention the eWarden can put a nice stack of bleed on foes very quickly.
^So should I trait for power?
Well focus is a all rounded weapon.
Tc can pull up to 5 enemies to one spot, and it cripples and swifts.
Also if traited both it skills refl projectiles back at enemies.
Then their the Warden, either can be use as a good def buble, are the highest power damage phant. However it tricky to use it perfect, you really gotta learn a lot about it and how to use ya other skills proper to make sure enemies get bomb by them.
Also TC you gotta work with it for a bit before learning how to always place it right to pull enemies where ya want them to be.
Basicially over all, it got a lot more use then a pistol and can be use in a lot more different situations.
Only way pistol could come close to being better is if you the type that stands back and spam phant. On one target that is.
EDIT: you dont gotta do power build, focus works for all state builds.(maybe not so much for CD, but even that one ya can do pretty good with focus)
