Looks like you’re going for a heavy ranged/utility build with 12 second berserker phantasms. I tweaked your build a bit optimizing certain trait, rune, and sigil choices:

Some notes:

  • You want blink in WvW. It is a stun-break and an escape. A traited 1200 range blink also allows you to contest objectives better and there are many ledges you can blink on top of in WvW.
  • There are better rune choices than Divinity Runes. Consider any of the following for this build: Hoelbrak, Strength, Traveler’s, Centaur’s, or Pack.
  • I highly recommend having energy sigils (extra dodge on weapon swap) on both weapon sets.
  • Strength sigils are not very effective in any build without good boon duration. Also, raw crit chance from Accuracy sigils does not affect illusions, making them a poor choice for mesmers. Sigil of Fire is great on Greatswords for tagging purposes.
  • Ether feast should be the go-to heal of choice in most builds. The signet heal is only effective for certain builds, but not this one.

You’ve got a lot of good stuff in here – your stats are great. You’ve got enough damage, and crit chance and armor to do very well

Looking at your skill bar – IMO
You should run Ether Feast instead of the signet heal – You won’t be having clones up for very long -so you’re loosing out on a lot of heal potential from the signet. Activating the signet for an extra phantasm in a ZvZ is also a huge waste, and will likely result in you getting cleaved to death.
I agree with the above poster who suggested that you run Blink. I never have blink off my bar, especially since you don’t have a Staff to help you re-position. I would loose Arcane Thievery for blink. (Personally, I think Arcane Thievery is a great 1v1 skill, it’s going to let you down in ZvZ. You will probably miss entirely, it’s not very reliable)
Most of the damage in WvW comes from focused AOE, so I think that Feedback is a bit of a lackluster choice. I’m not saying that it can’t be used effectively, for example, to shield a re-group from ranged projectiles (still, not a huge amount of damage you’re going to prevent since most enemy damage comes from necro marks, wells, and elementalist AOE, OR melee train cleaving together. I would recommend Decoy to give you the option to stealth and re-position

Looking at your Traits – Interesting choices – for WvW specifically I find that IP (Illusionary Persona) is realllly important, and I would take 2 points out of Chaos or Inspiration to secure IP. There are a couple of reasons for this. Sometimes – you just are not able to dodge-roll out of the way of an enemy melee train. Without IP, you’re extremely likely to die unless you have quick fingers with blink. IP will buy you a second of invulnerability (F4) to GTFO. Other times, you’ll be curling around a zerg fight looking for a squishy to burst, and a teef will suddenly be right next to you going for the backstab/panic strike/DEEPS. I would die 2-3x more if I were not able to use F3 (Diversion) or F4 (Distortion) to give you time to react to – “and suddenly, thieves”

I would change your Accuracy Sigils to Energy Sigils. WvW will be a https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-kl4hJ4j48s (Whole New World) with two energy sigils. Dodge rolls save lives more than just about anything else.
