Hey all!

At the moment I am running the condition PU build (staff/scepter-torch) for solo queue and I am having a sort of hard time dealing with the bunker engineer.

The ones that I am talking about are the one with granedes, turrets things, just loads of stuff placed on the ground on point. Just things that crowd up the place =S. I can last for a while, but I just can’t seem to get him down as fast as I am going down.

Any tips on how you deal with it are greatly appreciated!

You shouldn’t be able to beat an engi of similiar skill level if fighting on point.

Don’t stand in bombs (Kinda hard when trying to cap, i know.)
Wait for him to use his heal, then use your scepter skills, they have 2 condi removal on heal, Assuming they’re using healing turret (15sec CD.)

If they’re using their elite however, its pretty much always going to be in their favour if you stand and fight in their turrets.

If they have the immune to condi trait at 25% and you’re full condition damage, then you will never win that fight.

Forget about fighting on point. Stand away and kill them at a distance with phantasms. No way you’re going to win against a bunker engi “on point” (presuming they’re good of course).

Not with that build. The hardest counter to that would be a 30/20/10/10 (my hurpa durpa durp build) with disenchanter and feedback.
Send the zerker after the turrets and whack away at the engie

Before it got nerfed, I would have recommended Pyro’s immortal mesmer build. Now THAT was a bunker!
