A short guide just to explain how we mesmers can use clones to distract our enemys:

• don’t use food, sigils, signets (except SoIllusions), mantras, wvw-guard-stacks,…)
• use AA only
• never dodge
• only move with [W]
• only move to stay in range
• stand still for using your AA
• keep attacking when you stealthed with massinvis (just like clones do)
• disable AA and use it as slow as clones do
• pray…

That’s what we have to do so that we get our enemy distracted by clones…

(Yeah with AA only and no dodge you won’t be able to get clones out :P)

People will spot you though. It’s amazing how good some people are at spotting the real mesmer even when you are standing still.

I know. I rather complain about how things are in an ironic way (think i should add some more irony signs :o )

No one really cares for sword/scepter/gs clones, but if you have 3 staff clones up, you bet any player would be quick to turn their attention to them if they have not already.

I actually created a build where my enemy had to care for my swordclones. It was a clonedeathbuild that took the advantage of sword clones being meele so they will definetly get killed. It didn’t work thaaa~t good but I think about making a better version of it. Thanks for reminding me
