So I was watching one of my duels to analyze one good win-combo I did, I ended up discovering what’s the complete animation of the skill Blink.

How amazing is this game that after more than 4 years of playing mesmer I still discover fancy things about it…

That is pretty cool. It happens so fast, I wouldn’t have thought to try to get a screen of it in action. Thanks for sharing the screens

I don’t get it, i noticed the trail some months ago while blinking to a rooftop, but the majority of times when i can see the full travel from blinking backwards or to the side i don’t see any trail.

It’s a beautiful visual effect.

Phase Retreat is similarly cool in slow motion.

A lot of the animations and effects in this game are really beautiful and satisfying, which is what keeps it being fun.

Many people probably know this but when you reverse portal sound you can slightly hear “Fear not this Night” tone behind bunch of tinnitus sound (which I hate)

It’s not actually “Fear Not This Night” but the old Guild Wars 2 theme that used to play during character select before HoT. Still really cool though.
