I run scepter torch in PvP+staff… People are so shocked when that’s what kills them and not shatter damage… in a duel I was able to ask a thief how much damage I nuked him for from confusion 22,700 HP. So obviously he healed through some of it but it is a very effective condition against certain classes (mesmers ironically enough)

i use it currently in spvp. it makes a better power/crit weapon than condition atm, which is too bad.

until you use s/t and you have 17 stacks of confusion on one player… dat hurts!
