Mesmer was my first toon to hit 80. I always liked it a lot. But as mostly solo PVE player I simply cannot enjoy it if I know my other toons cut through mobs much faster and easier

Same here. Optimistically, it seems pretty likely to be in a future expansion. So many possibilities… the “Nightmare”, perhaps? I’m not a good theory crafter. More on your point though, other professions have difficulties solo-ing in PvE as well. My elementalist, for example, wears full Zojja gear, and it can be frustrating trying to solo content with 12k hp and no armor investment. My Yassith condition engineer can just be plain boring. It’s always greener on the other side

Ele should be able to power through pretty much everything with zero difficulties, especially in zerk gear…

In any case, it would be nice, but I doubt solo open world PvE performance is high on Anet’s list of priorities for things to fix with a specialization, and rightly so. There’s other more important things for them to focus on.
