Illusionary Berserker Damage Stealth nerf
Known bugs. Already in all appropriate forums. Illusionary leap is new. Haven’t checked since last night but it was working as intended last night.

iZerker doing 1/3rd the damage, that is quite comical. I havnt noticed a single drop in damage at all since patch. Im still averaging 5k crits in pvp, and have seen 7k+, it has been this way for months, nothing has changed. My guildie who mains a mesmer says he hasnt noticed a change either.

My Mesmer just got full exotics and stating doing real WvW right as this patch hit so I have no before patch knowledge of what the zerker did. It does seem to do very good damage. If it did 3x the damage it’s doing now it would be ridiculous. I’ve seen it take 1/3 or more of a GC Thief’s life in one whirl, did it really used to 1 shot people or close to it?
Ok so we are talking 20% maybe 30% dmg loss not 66%. That seems more reasonable.

It definitely does more damage, and the devs have already confirmed it in the bug forum thread.

4-6, though that was before it was bugged. Has anyone tested it out yet? I’m not sure if todays patch fixed it or not.

*Ironically stealth in the game is completly broken :P
In pvp… My zerker hits for freaking 900 maybe 1k… This is with me with the zerker jewl and amulet and the phantasmal fury and greatsword trait… I REALLY WISH I COULD HAVE FAITH IN HOW THEY DO STUFF…. but I can’t because they can never touch something on us with out kittening something else up worse… I mean REALLY? how do they do this.

will do like 2h of testing with full zerker gear in wvw and see sup. Before izerker was first ****up i used to hit from 5.5-9k, will see now.
Did tPvP last night with the beserker’s amulet and jewel and sup sigil of force… with centaur runes (all adding to damage) and took the phantasmal fury trait… and yeah… hit for 1k on attacks if it hit at freakin all.
Combat log never shows the damage from phantasms. It’d be nice though.
Well for one thing we need Mesmers to stop lieing about how much damage they do and tell the truth, this crap will not help fix this bug.
The video is pretty obvious as to what the bug is… There is no doubt that it is hitting far less than it was pre-patch.. The tooltip still states that the attack should hit multiple times… Our swordsman and duelists can still hit for 5k per attack and this weapon not doing such is a bad thing.
