Guild Wars 2

basically the title doesn’t seem to reduce the cool downs on anything, might be missing something.
used to lower staff 2 doesn’t anymore same with decoy

My decoy is 32 sec. There are weird things happening though, I had to redo my traits a few times after zoning into wvw and back to spvp for example, it changed from what I had originally set in spvp the first time.

I know it lowers the cooldown of iMage and I’m pretty sure it lowers decoy. Not really tested it though.
