Illusions stats
Illusions inherit your stats except vitality and %dmg.
It’s not been tested throughly how it works with player fury or illusion might yet.
“Same as mesmer: power, precision, condition damage & duration, boon duration, critical damage, armor, and healing power. Illusions will benefit from the mesmer’s might stacks, as well as any effects that increase the above stats, such as Banner of Discipline or Spotter.
Not inherited: vitality, i.e. unaffected by weapon strength, sigils, runes, or other mechanics that boost health. "

If player fury stacked with p.fury and you have base of 60% crit chance, the phantasm should crit 100% of the time. I tested this and they don’t. Sigil of accuracy also does not increase phantasm crit chance. Just precision.

Fury directly increases your crit chance, where as the illusion inherits your precision, not your crit chance.
In other words when trying to build a phantasm build for WvW you’d be better off focusing on toughness rather than vitality to help them survive the mass zerg?
…yet our illusion damage comes from the adept power line and the Minor Grandmaster in the Vitality…

Phantasms really aren’t designed to be tough to kill. They are designed to be one-off skills that force the enemy to waste time with them (even if it’s a hit or 2, it isn’t an attack against YOU) and if they don’t, they are punished by the effect happening again. Even in large AOE death clouds, a Phantasm usually can get its effect off before dying… unless the damage is VERY large, in which case I doubt a player would survive much longer themselves.
