Q:
Infinite condition removal
A:
Mender’s Purity only activates when you use the 6 skill. Meaning any use or charging of Mantra of Recovery will cause a condition to be removed, but Phantasmal Healing (where Phantasms grant Regeneration to nearby allies around it) will not.
On the other hand, Phantasmal Healing WILL work together with Illusionary Membrane (Chaos Trait 15). That way, while you (or your other Phantasms/Clones) are standing next to a Phantasm, you get Regeneration(3 sec) and Protection(2 sec).
Note, Phantasmal Healing procs when the Phantasm uses its skill.
-Again, best with the I.Duelist as it spawns and stands at range. I.Warden is good, but spawns in melee but doesn’t move much (and gives protection from ranged). I.Warlock is horrible, for low attack rate. I.Swordsman is iffy with how it much it moves. Etc.

While it might sound ambiguous to you, I’m pretty sure heal only means our 6 and does not include the boon regeneration. However it might work with the mantra heal trait.

Phantasms only give regeneration. That does not count as heal, and it’s not you healing anyway.
I wouldn’t toss away Warlock just because of it’s low attack rate. Get on a team with a Necromancer stacking conditions galore on something and that slow attack is a freaking truck. Toss in your mage from your torch skill for that one extra unique condition and watch the health get hacked off.
On the topic though, no, regeneration is not a heal. You healing yourself only applies to the #6 skill.
