Is Scepter faster with Quickness... now !?
It has always been like that. People just want to make Scepter AA and #3 faster as a permanent change without the need of quickness.
If only Scepter AA and #3 animation were faster, even 50% more, would be great. The past week, I’ve been playing with Furious Interruption with scepter/x and I’m liking it. With the new Counter Blade, I’m gonna give scepter/sword combo + Furious Interruption a try. OH sword may make an alternative to the pistol that I’ve been using. We’ll see!
I dont follow. Quickness make everything faster, i usually like to see the difference with the warden’s spin, its really nice with quickness.
Reasons are that you did not use time warp for a while or they changed something.
Also, using counter blade you lose a very strong burst. The skill is meant to be used as a last resource in case you dont block an attack.
Not necessarily, especially in phantasm build when you have 3 phantasms up already. The daze (especially if traited) would be much more useful than a clone overwriting a phantasm, particularly if that daze prevents a timely heal or interrupts a burst.

Also, if you land an interrupt and you have it traited, it can do a good 3K damage. I roam solo in Orr often and use Sc/Sw, because I’m tired of Sw/F and Gs. The starting animations look better on Confusing Images, while under Quickness. It used to be sluggish like always. A sluggish quickness. I’m biased, so I wanted to see if you guys saw any differences. Looks like I’m insane after all :P.
I like to use Sw off hand more than Pistol, because of the short cooldown daze/interrupt in comparison to Pistol. Actually, with the new speed, it’s comparable to Magic Bullet (minus the bounce and puny damage).
