Guild Wars 2

I run GS/Staff and have some decent gear. I run explorer modes doing dps, adding some utility and have a good time. However, I did COE path 3 last night and felt like I was completely useless. All of my clones/illusions/phantasms died almost instantly. I did almost no dmg and died an awful lot. I “have” to think I was doing something wrong or just part of a fail group.

I “like” to think that path 3 is just one of the worst dungeon runs with some of the lamest boss fights though.

well subject alpha is quite anoying, especially if you play a phantasm-focused build

yeah alpha uses AoE on all unfriendly targets so that includes illusions… as a shatter mesm i try to cast all illusions that i can as soon as possible after his AoE and shatter them before next onslaught… but still mesm in CoE is really fun to play with portals and blinks :}

And CoE is all about pattern and learning whats coming next and how to avoid it…
