Yes I would. The pow/pre can be buffed via food, and the +crit can be altered through EQ. Whereas +duration’s an all-over buff. Movement Speed … you’re a Mesmer, you know the answer to that part.

yes i would.
In wvw roaming i use a shatter build that uses heavy might stacking, which uses a +20% might duration rune.
With traveler i would go to 15% boon duration on all boons, which is nice, and the movement speed, which is amazing :D.

Despite not having a build to look at and just looking at the stats listed I would say Yes. But I would like more context before saying for sure.
For WvW, independent of whether you go roaming of large-scale, I’d say it’s worth it. Movement speed is too valuable a resource to give it up for some simple stats.

Depends on what you’re giving up. If you are giving up Hoelbrak runes for might stacking in conjunction with Bountiful Interruption, I would say no.
