Like the title said, I wonder if rune of mesmer bugged or what.

I traited for confounding suggestion (25% daze duration) along with using rune of mesmer(33% daze duration), and i use daze mantra (originally 1 second daze) so it should be 1.5 second, but turns out it only last 1.25 second in the tooltip.
Is the tooltip wrong or the rune of mesmer daze duration doesn’t work at all.
Tooltip is definitely wrong. Here are the daze results I tested a couple weeks ago. Runes of the mesmer and confounding suggestions are in fact the only two daze extension sources that work together.
