So in guessing you mean, it could be something else? haha Anet “might” be surprising us. lol

I can tell you that is the icon for necromancer on Chinese server. They use that because the skull icon obviously can’t make past censorship.

Anet was probably just using it as a placeholder for undesigned class icon.
