I’m getting Rodgort soon the legendary torch for Cat Mage. Can you always change stats? Or once you pick the stats you’re stuck with them. Just curious

You can change the stats, whenever you want as long as you are out of combat. Also, when anet ever adds a new stat set to the game, legendaries will always have that stat set readily available for you to be swapped to as well.

That’s awesome. I can play around with the stats for more direct damage or fire burning damage. Thanks for answering me
