I recently leveled my mesmer for no reason other then boredom while waiting for tournament Ques with standard shatter 20/20/00/30 and phantasm traits build .. it wasn’t too hard actually.. I don’t think there’s really a need for a specific build but here are some notes;
Greatsword staff Sword/pistol Sword/focus works great
Decoy and phantasm signet are really hard to not use in pve
Deceptive evasion in Dueling 20 helps a lot with Phantasm Signet you can harvest nodes while your Phantasms dps and your clones tank.
Phantasms have fury trait 15% illusion damage and you can AI play-Afk your way to victory.
Easily solo Veterans, probably can solo champions with efficiency but I’m too lazy to do that for such petty rewards.
