Clumsiness
If no skills are interrupted when you use an interrupt on a target, the next skill the target uses within 3 seconds is interrupted.
Decisive Interruption
When you interrupt a foe, the interrupted skill goes into double the usual interrupt cooldown.
Shrouded Mantras
Channelling a Mantra gives you 2 seconds of stealth. (Cooldown: 10 seconds)
Sudden Revelation
Illusions apply Shatter effects instantly without having to run to the target. (Range: 1200)
Blinding Revelation
Illusions inflict 2s Blind to nearby enemies when Shattered. (Range: 300)
Deceptive Healing
You gain a small amount of health whenever a Clone is killed. (~500 at level 80 with no Compassion)
Arcane Larceny
You steal a boon from each nearby enemy to yourself every 10 seconds. (Range: 300)

30pt Dueling: Charged Power
Discharging a Mantra grants you Might. Charging a Mantra grants you Might and Fury.
20pt Dueling: The Clone and Mantra game
When charging a Mantra, the animation will be played by a random of your active clones instead of yourself. You yourself show no animation.
30pt Chaos: Unstable Energy
Discharging a Mantra grants yourself a random boon (MoH, MoR, MoC) or applies a random condition to your target (MoP, MoC).
30pt Inspiration: Healing Trance
While having at least one Mantra charges, a damaged nearby friend will gain 3 seconds of Regeneration every 10s. If charging a Mantra, you also gain Regeneration for the duration of the cast.
20pt Illusions: Defensive Shatter
Using Distortion or Diversion refills one charge of any still-charged Mantra.
Moa Madness (aka Insult to Injury): When you use Moa Morph, it converts your clones to Moas that peck your target to death :p
Deceptive Explore (or Commander): Applies the World Completion Star or Commander Icon on a random clone and removes it from yourself. (Bugs me that I can be instantly identified by my golden compass on my toon)
Illusionary Weapons: Whenever an illusion is killed, it leaves behind a weapon for 20 seconds that can be picked up by allies and gives them new 1-5 abilities based off the weapon.
Phantasmal appearance: Gives the Mesmer the same visual appearance as their phantasms.

True Sight: Your glamours now remove stealth from enemies upon creation or enemies entering them.
