I LOVEEEEE PLAYING AS A LOCKDOWN CHRONO!!!! Its so frikkin STRONG!
1-1-2 in the chronomancer traits, and taking the typical DOM and CHAOS trait lines, plus Runes of the Mesmer, paralyze sigils, and Marauder trinket generates a truly awesome build!
Doesn’t the bonus from Rune of the Mesmer not stack with the bonus from Confounding Suggestions?
Well the stun triggered isn’t dependent on the duration of the daze so I expect not. I don’t think Sigil of Paralyzation stacks properly either, even though that was supposedly fixed (may be wrong, didn’t test extensively).
