I watched a video on this forum a week ago. It was a confusion Mesmer fighting a bunch of people alone. It inspired me to try and run this type of Mesmer. Or at the very least give it a shot , looked powerful.
I wanted to watch it again for some more insight. Maybe some build advice. But I can’t seem to find it.
It was a superspeed shatter confusion video. Anyone know which I’m taking about ?
Here’s the build as best I can figure. Gear isnt clear, not sure on runes (possibly Undead for more dps), but both work. Staff sigils aren’t clear either. Traits are all good though.
Considering the low application of bleeds, few crits but fair amount of confusion and high hitpoints I would presume he’s running the oldschool combo of dire gear and perplex runes. One of the staff’s sigils is corruption and the off-suit seems to have a doom-swap (and not blight). That would leave two sigils which are likely to be straight damage sigils on an oldschool setup, so either malice or bursting, one on each set. It’s hard to tell with the current traits, but it’s possible that there’s a torment sigil instead.

HP isnt high enough for full dire. But it makes the most sense.
Corruption was on scepter as the stacks went up on that sets stomp. Could have been on staff too but I didnt see it.
