Hi, I’m a PvE GS/sword/pistol/focus and WvW GS/Staff Mesmer. I really need help on what endgame gear to get. I want to mainly focus on wvw and will be mainly using GS with staff as backup when needed. The GS is spike dmg and staff condition so dont know what gear to get. Please can someone help me.

i’ve been toying with gear choices for my own mesmer and figure i’d leave you with this. if you plan on doing considerable damage through conditions, the most reliable condition you’re going to be placing is bleeding crits from your illusions via the dueling (i think) major trait. which means in order to deal condition damage, you should also invest heftily in precision. if you can get 40%+ crit chance you should be solid if you’ve got comparable condition damage. i’d take pre/tough/cond, maybe for your gear, if not pow/pre/cond. If that’s not survivable enough rune and jewel for more tough and vit.
