Guild Wars 2

Right now I’m in full zerker gear, weapons and accessories. Gs/sw/p. I kill stuff fast, but have little to no toughness and like 15k hps. Does anyone have success with a different gear set up with a bit more survivability?

- Valkyrie and deal with the lower precision by using a precision stacking sigil?
- Valk and use a slot or two of Rampager?
- Knights?
- Triforge Pendant?
- Swap a slot of two of Zerk for Soldier?

Whatever you do, the most important thing is to maintain power while trading for Vit and/or Tough. To be honest I would focus more on picking up Vit rather than Toughness on a glassy DPS Mesmer …

if you dont want to sacrifice burst/dps, try using more escape skills in your utility slots. i use blink, decoy, portal. gets me out of most dangerous situations.

I tried the valkyrie set and didn’t like the damage. Ive learned to use my defensive skills appropriately with my glass cannon build and, well, Im a monster. I use blink, mirror images, and decoy. My elite skill is either time warp or mass invis. Really learn to use your shatters especially distortion and diversion. This is for a GS/shatter build not sure what you are running. Also, dodge, dodge, dodge, melee loves it when they use there KD’s and we roll awy
