I was just running some tests and noticed that Mantras don’t boost Phantasm damage. Anyone know why that is?

no traits affect phantasms, except for traits that explicitly say phantasms.

percent damage boosts only benefit you, not your illusions.

This is also why items such as Scholar, Ogre Runes, Night, Force Sigils are actually detrimental to non-Shatter Mesmer builds (Shatters count as Mesmer attacks, not Illusion attacks).
