2 and 3/4ths second cast time, 10 second swiftness, 1 charge, 20 second recharge. Suggestion obviously.

I wouldn’t waste 1 whole utility spot for just swiftness. Would make more sense to just add it to Signet of Inspiration as mentioned since 2 years ago.

Or even midnight would work. A passive speed boost to a signet would be better than a mantra, because quite frankly no one is gonna give up something like portal/blink/decoy for a swiftness mantra nor would it be very practical.

Edit: That being said I do like the name.
