When mantra of resolve isn’t charged and you using a healing skill in combat while you have condis then mantra of resolve goes back on full cooldown with menders purity. So if you plan on using mantra of resolve avoid the Inspiration traitline untill its fixed (assuming it will be).

You don’t have to be afflicted with conditions, and probaby don’t even have to be in combat. Mender’s Purity procs regardless of such conditions.

I have verified the no-condi bit, ooc is an extrapolation.

I have verified OOC in pvp. Using Power Return puts Mantra of Resolve on full CD. Has this been posted in the bugs forum?
