Guild Wars 2

I don’t see the increase when I use this trait. Confusing Images lasts 5 seconds. With the 30% increase from the Domination line that puts me up to 6.5 seconds. Seems I should be at least up to around 7.75 seconds with the trait.

Is this bugged?

It works. Only the tooltips are bugged.
