Q:

Using Cry of Frustration with Master of Misdirection, how much condition duration my clone will apply on target? 3s or 4s (3s + 33%)?

from Wikipedia:
Master of Misdirection
Confusion YOU inflict lasts 33% longer.

Confusion from the following sources is lengthened by 33%:
Cry of Frustration (if Illusionary Retribution is not active)
All shattering skills (if Illusionary Retribution is active)

… i’m a bit confused honestly ..

A:

When you shatter a clone, the confusion is considered from you (since the action was from a skill you have and activated). I don’t believe it works for Confusing Combatants (clone death = confusion. note that shatter =/= clone death) because YOU didn’t activate a skill to cause the confusion. Same thing with the iMage- your skill summoned the phantasm, but that alone didn’t cause the confusion.

So Pyroathiest should be correct, it will extend every source (except for iMage and Confusing Combatants, of course)

Master of Misdirection increases the condition duration you inflict with shatters (Cry of Frustration and/or Illusionary Retribution). Means you get 4s.

Wish it worked with confusing combatants… (Please someone say it does – I’ve never timed it to check).

Master of Misdirection applies to all confusion you apply, regardless of source.

Edit: Except the iMage…
