Mender's Purity in Inspiration tree bugged?

I can’t get it to work either. Nor does it update the skill description on my healing skills. People in chat have said that one have to retrait for it to work, but how can I retrait a minor trait?
Edit: It does work, just not updating the skill description on my healing skills. You can hear the sound of power clense and conditions are removed.

Probed it with a mantra, at channeling it dont work (and i put restauration mantras that used to work with menders purity) , it works with the first and second charge of the mantra most of the time, but the third one (if you are traited for it) doesnt.
Also it doesnt have the blue letters in the skill, explaining the heals will clean condis.

Yes. it is bugged in several ways. I actually dueled with another mesmer in WvW today so we could figure it out a bit. I was using and he was using Ether Feast. Heres what we both got so far:
1. Tooltip for healing skills no longer indicates condition removal.
2. All healing skills completely fail to remove conditions at some point on subsequent uses or in fast paced combat.
3. The condition removal component does work and does go off, but AFTER the actual healing spell and a very brief pause.
4. The condition removal component seems to have a “cast time” although not indicated by a castbar or info tooltips. We are unsure, but think this cast time is roughly around 1 second.
5. The above mentioned cast time, can and is easily inturrapted via regular inturrapt mechanics + some player movement, for example a dodge roll. The heal will go off, but the condi cleanse will be inturrapted by the dodge roll and not execute.
If you stand still, or just run straight and not dodge or jump or be hit a lot etc. the condi cleanse will still go off, and you do get an audio effect. takes about 1-2 secs after an actual heal has been cast and finished.
Also, we have not tested the mantra, so no idea about that from the mantra perspective.
