Are this combination bugged ?

Mending Purity = Remove a condition when you heal.
Restorative Mantras = Heal allies when you cast mantra.

From the wordings, i assume that if you trait both and cast a mantra while having a condition on you, the casting of mantra should remove the condition right, since it heals you… ?

or does it actually mean only heals by the mean of healing skills ?

Mending purity only works on the use of real healing skills, not on healing effects.
In case of Mantra of recovery, it only works when using power return, not when channeling the mantra.

ah, then the wording should be rephrased to “when you use healing skill”

as for restorative mantras, i checked the healing occur when you finished channelling the mantras…
