Hey all you Mesmers out there. I main an Elementalist but I’ve been dabbling in Mesmer quite a bit lately. I had a question. Is there a difference in WvW and PvP in animation between a friendly and enemy AoE? I personally haven’t noticed a difference. But perhaps I’m overlooking something.

Examples: Null Field, Chaos Storm, etc.

If the answer is no, then I would like to suggest that there be some way to differentiate.

Yes, its hard to notice but there is a red out line on the fields, for example Chaos storm, same AoE appearance but it has the red outline lining the circle of Chaos Storm. hope that helps. Same goes for other mesmer fields.

Okay. Thanks. I guess it’s just hard to see when looked at in comparison to the usually bright coloring of the field itself. I’ll try to keep an eye out for it more.

The way the feedback visual effect is formed, it nicely overwrites the red circle, making it effectively impossible to see.
